Reading Buddy activity
Use Activity to review Buddy proposals, completed actions, rejections, automatic actions, and eligible undos.
Open Buddies → Activity to review what Buddies have proposed or done.
What appears in Activity
Activity can include:
- Proposed — waiting for a decision
- Approved — approved in the proposal workflow
- Executed — the action was carried out
- Auto — an automatic action was carried out
- Rejected — a person rejected the proposal
- Undone — an eligible action was reversed
Each row shows its status, a summary, and when it happened. It may also show the skill or link to a related project. Approve and Reject can appear for proposals. Undo appears only for eligible completed actions.
Filter Activity
At the top of Activity, you can filter by status and use these filters:
- Undoable only
- Buddy
- Skill
The Buddy and Skill filters show options available to your team. Clear filters if you cannot find an activity item.
Review an action
Open an item to review the information shown before taking action. Some actions may show Undo during a 24-hour window, but only while they remain eligible. A proposal that has not been carried out and an Irreversible action do not have an Undo control.
If you need to report an issue, note the team, approximate time, Buddy, skill, status, related project, and any error shown in Activity.
