The AR digest summarizes two project groups that need follow-up.
The two groups
- Installed, waiting for PTO — installation is complete, but the utility has not granted Permission to Operate (PTO).
- PTO granted, waiting for activation — PTO is granted, but the system has not yet been activated.
When the digest is sent
- Daily pulse: weekdays at 5 p.m. local time
- Weekly digest: Mondays at 9 a.m.
Where it goes
The digest can post to your team's Slack channel and email the configured recipients. Review delivery settings under Settings → Notifications → AR digest.
What's in the reports
The daily pulse includes counts and recent changes, new and cleared projects, and projects that have been waiting more than 30 days.
The Monday digest adds a week-over-week comparison, projects whose activation moved to a later month, projects cleared during the week, and a breakdown by project manager.
If a count looks unexpected, open the related projects and check their installation, PTO, and activation information.
