How PTO follow-up works

Review suggested follow-ups for installed projects that are waiting for PTO.

Updated1 min readbuddies

SunrAI can suggest follow-ups for installed projects that are still waiting for Permission to Operate (PTO). Suggestions are grouped by the information available and how long the project has been waiting.

Review a suggestion

  1. Open the Buddies inbox

Review the suggested next step and any missing-document details for the project.

  2. Approve or suppress

Approving creates a task on the project. If the follow-up is not needed now, suppress it with the reason that best describes the situation.

  3. Follow the project task

The assigned person can update the task as the utility or project status changes.

Common suppression reasons include PTO already granted, waiting on the utility, the customer not responding, or closing out the project. The selected reason and suppression period are shown in the review flow.

If a project appears repeatedly, check its PTO status and any open follow-up task.
